Thank you for shopping with NIXIVA. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Lakeland, Florida.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) will generally ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized U.S. holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.
Shipping Locations
At this time, NIXIVA ships to all 50 United States and U.S. territories where our shipping carriers provide service.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery generally takes:
3–5 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
NIXIVA is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. holidays. Orders placed during holiday closures will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship every order promptly, NIXIVA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
If your package is lost in transit or appears to have been delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help initiate a carrier investigation.
Returns & Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you return an item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or if the return is due to our error.
